Meet Your Therapist
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist providing individual, couples, and/or group therapy. I maintain specialties in maternal mental health, trauma, and OCD. My specialty modalities include: EMDR and ERP. I maintain a private practice in Aliso Viejo, CA.
I have served as clinical director and a primary therapist for various treatment programs in Southern California specializing in addiction, eating disorders, and mental illness.
My education includes a BA in psychology from California State University Long Beach. I graduated from Alliant International University (the California School of Professional Psychology) in Irvine, CA with an MA in Marriage & Family Therapy. I completed the PSI and 2020 Mom Professional Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training and the Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Certification Program. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I work with NOCD and am in their NOCD Academy for OCD specialists providing ERP. Also, I am a certified Reiki Master. I'm always learning and growing!
I am licensed in the state of California through the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), LMFT #53296. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT: #105296) and BBS certified clinical supervisor. I am a professional member of Postpartum Support International (PSI: #40061).​
