I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples, and group therapy in the fields of postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, grief & loss, and infertility. I maintain a private practice in Aliso Viejo, CA.
In addition to my license in marriage & family therapy, I have earned a certificate in the assessment and treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders from Maternal Mental Health Now, a non-profit organization in Los Angeles, CA and the Perinatal Advisory Council (PAC/LAC). I am currently enrolled in the Postpartum Support International certification program
I am the director of a non-profit mental health program for transitional aged youths (18-25 years) in Orange County. Additionally, I have served as clinical director and a primary therapist for various treatment programs in Southern California specializing in addiction, eating disorders, and mental illness. I am skilled at providing support for grief and loss, relationship, and trauma related issues.

My education includes a bachelor of arts in psychology from California State University Long Beach. I graduated from Alliant International University (the California School of Professional Psychology) in Irvine, CA with a master of arts in Marriage & Family Therapy.
I am licensed in the state of California through the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), LMFT #53296. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT: #105296) and BBS certified clinical supervisor.

I have a son
I have a Siberian Husky named Arya Blue (and you might meet her, as I often bring her to sessions)
I love running! I have run 3 full marathons and over 15 half marathons (still going!)
I grew up a dancer but also played softball and soccer as a kid
